“…hypnosis is not mind control.

It's a naturally occurring state of concentration;

enhancing your control over

both your mind and your body.

Hypnotherapy is considered a low cost, non-invasive, and comfortable method of treatment, and has been approved as a method of therapy since 1958 by the American Medical Association. It is completely natural and safe and there are no harmful side effects. When administered by a professionally trained and skilled Hypnotherapist the benefits are long lasting and often permanent.

Everything originates in your mind. How you feel, what you do and how you connect with others is determined by your thinking. When your unconscious mind fails to fully support your conscious desires, will power alone does not seem to be enough to overcome unhealthy habits and behaviors. You need a way to program your unconscious mind to better serve you. That is what Hypnosis is all about. Bypassing the critical faculty and communicating with the subconscious mind can create rapid, permanent change.

Hypnotherapy has been found effective for a variety of problems that hinge on emotions, habits, and even the body's involuntary responses. It won't cure underlying physical disorders such as cancer, heart disease, or infection, but it has been used for a wide variety of medical problems. The most common include: stress management, quit smoking, insomnia, weight control, panic attacks, and pain management.

Listed below are some of the conditions for which Hypnotherapy is indicated as a practical treatment:

• Breaking unwanted habits (e.g. smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse, bedwetting, nail-biting, stuttering).

• Pain control for minor surgery, dentistry, arthritis, and general neuromuscular aches and pains.

• Freeing an individual from phobias, compulsions, emotional problems, inhibitions, guilt feelings, jealousy, and many of

  the worries and anxieties of everyday life.

• Sexual problems such as impotence, premature ejaculation, frigidity, and others.

• The use of Self-Hypnosis will help prevent stress and tension caused by modern-day living; reduce high blood

  pressure  (hypertension).

• Effectively used for weight control, enhancing work/study/sporting performance, improving concentration and

  memory,  developing the imagination, boosting self-confidence, and achieving more of the potential which we each

  possess.
